HYROX is a fitness racing competition combining functional workouts and running. Participants complete eight 1 km runs, each followed by a functional movement like sled pushes, burpees, or rowing. We offer several classes to help you feel prepared for your next HYROX. Our HYROX Endurance classes focus on the endurance and speed you need on race day. Designed for both seasoned competitors and first-timers, our hour-long classes are led by expert coaches who provide personalized support to help you build skills and confidence for each piece of the race. On top of that, our Weightlifting classes are perfect for helping you build the strength needed to move fast, feel powerful and stay injury-free on race day! We also regularly host pop-up HYROX events and HYROX Physical Fitness Tests so you can connect with others interested in HYROX!
